Booking Page Layout & Content
Your booking page is made up of 9 sections. You can choose a theme for the page, and you choose whether each section is shown and the order they appear in. In the "Custom content" section, you can also write your own text, such as your brand story or things customers should know.

- Choose the "Classic", "Washi", "Sunny", "Forest", "Pop", "Clear", or "Vermilion" theme — it only changes the look
- Drag to reorder and show or hide 9 sections, with a live preview alongside
- "Services" is always shown and can't be turned off
- Add up to 5 custom content blocks, and show, hide, or reorder each one
Who can do this
Only the Owner and Admins can see and change this page.
Layout sections
Open Settings → Booking page layout
In the sidebar, click Settings, then click the Booking page layout card.
Choose a theme
Under Theme 1, pick how your booking page looks from the dropdown — each option shows a preview image and a short description. Classic is the original style. Washi uses a paper-toned background with fine rules, and the services on your home page are listed like a price menu, with service photos in a thin frame. Sunny uses an apricot background, rounded corners, and a rounded typeface; your home page opens with your business name, followed by your cover photo in a rounded tile. Forest uses a sage-green background and brush-style headings, with your cover photo in an arched frame beside your business name. Pop uses a cream-yellow background, bold black outlines, and candy colors, with your cover photo and business name on one card. Clear uses a cool white background, outlined white cards, and blue buttons, with your description and cover photo below your business name. Vermilion uses a white background with cream sections, white cards, and olive-green buttons, with a double vermilion line before each section heading. The theme only changes the look — your sections, content, and booking steps stay the same.
Adjust sections
Top to bottom, Page sections is the order on your booking page. Drag the handle 1 on the left of a section to reorder it, and click the eye 2 on the right to show or hide it. "Services" is always shown and can't be hidden. Each section shows what it currently contains (for example, photo thumbnails and how many there are). A section with no content is marked "Not shown on your booking page".
Click a section and the Live preview on the right scrolls to it and outlines it. The preview shows your unsaved settings, and you can switch between Phone, Tablet and Desktop. To click around like a customer, click Open in new tab. You can go through the whole booking flow there, but no booking is created. The booking page your customers see doesn't change until you click Save changes.
Save
When Unsaved changes appears at the bottom of the screen, each change is listed next to it. Click Save changes to apply your theme and layout, or click Discard to go back to the last saved settings.

Custom content blocks
You edit the content of the "Custom content" section on a separate page.
Open Settings → Custom content blocks
In the sidebar, click Settings, then click the Custom content blocks card.
Enter a title and body
Blocks are collapsed by default. Click a block's title bar to expand it. Each block has 1 a title and 2 body text. The body supports formatting such as bold, headings, lists, and links. The eye button 3 shows or hides the block on the booking page. A hidden block keeps its content, and its title bar shows "(hidden)". To change the order, drag the handle on the left of a block. When you're done, click Save changes.
Add or duplicate a block
Click the add button to create a new block. If you need a block with a similar format, it's faster to duplicate an existing block and edit the text. The add button shows the current count (for example, 2/5). Once you have 5 blocks, you can't add more.
Making good use of your 5 blocks
Common uses include an FAQ, things customers should know, your brand story, licenses, and current promotions. Splitting content into separate blocks lets you reorder and hide each one individually.
Common questions
How is the order of custom content blocks different from the order in Booking page layout?
"Booking page layout" sets where the whole "Custom content" section appears on the booking page. The "Custom content blocks" page sets the order of the blocks within that section.
Can I restore a custom content block after deleting it?
Yes, if you haven't clicked Save changes yet. Click Discard to bring it back. Once you save, it can't be restored.
