Booking Page Layout & Content
Layout sections
Go to Settings → Booking page layout to control the visibility and order of sections on your booking page. There are 9 sections:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Photos | Interior photos of your business (see the interior photos group under Photo Gallery) |
| Services | The service list and pricing — always shown, can't be turned off |
| Opening Hours | Weekly business hours (see Business Hours) |
| Policy | Booking policy text (see Booking Rules & Policies) |
| Location | Address and embedded map (see Location & Map) |
| Content | Custom text blocks you write yourself |
| Team | Your team introduction |
| Portfolio | Portfolio photos (see the portfolio group under Photo Gallery) |
| Share | A button for sharing this booking page |
You can drag to reorder sections and toggle each one's visibility individually ("Services" is always shown and can't be turned off).
INFO
This is a "show/hide + reorder" control, not a freeform drag-and-drop page builder — the styling and layout of each section itself is fixed and can't be customized for color or arrangement.
Custom content blocks
The actual content of the "Content" section is edited separately under Settings → Custom content blocks. You can add up to 5 custom blocks, and each block has:
- A title (up to 200 characters)
- Body text (a rich text editor, up to 10,000 characters, supporting only basic formatting — bold, italic, underline, headings (H2/H3), lists (bulleted/numbered), links, and quotes; code blocks and sub/superscript aren't supported)
- A visibility toggle
Blocks can be reordered by dragging, and you can duplicate an existing block to quickly create a new one (for example, if you want a new block with the same format but different text, duplicating and editing is faster than starting from scratch). Each block can be individually collapsed for easier management. If you don't want to publish a block temporarily but don't want to delete its content, just turn off that block's visibility toggle — the content is preserved.
Making good use of your 5 blocks
Common uses include "FAQ," "Notes / Contraindications," "Brand story," "Licenses & certifications," and "Promotions" — each as its own block that can be reordered and toggled independently, so you don't need to cram everything into a single block.
Common Questions
Is the order of custom content blocks the same thing as the "Content" section's position in "Booking page layout"? No, they're two different layers. "Booking page layout" decides where the entire "Content" section sits on the booking page (relative to Services, Opening Hours, and the other sections). The order of the individual custom blocks within that Content section is managed separately, on the Custom content blocks page.
If I delete a custom content block, can I undo it? No, deletion takes effect immediately. Confirm you no longer need the content before deleting, or duplicate the block first to keep a backup of the text.
I tried to add a 6th custom content block and the button doesn't respond / isn't visible — why? Once you've reached the 5-block limit, the add button is hidden or disabled. Delete an existing block before adding a new one.
Why can't I turn off or hide the "Services" section? Services is the core functional section of the booking page — without it, customers can't select a service and complete a booking, so the system deliberately locks it as always-visible and doesn't allow it to be turned off.
After I change the order or turn off a section, how long until it takes effect on the booking page? It takes effect immediately after saving — customers see the latest layout the next time they load or refresh the booking page.
Troubleshooting
- Formatting breaks midway through typing in a custom content block: Make sure you're using the formatting buttons in the editor toolbar. Content pasted from an external source (like Word) sometimes carries formatting markup the editor doesn't support — try "paste as plain text" and reapply formatting instead.
- A section won't drag to the position I want no matter what: Check that you're releasing it right at the boundary above/below another section — some browsers are more sensitive about where a drag-and-drop is registered.
- The booking page didn't update after editing content: Confirm you successfully clicked save and saw a success message. Also, the customer's browser cache can sometimes prevent them from seeing the latest version immediately.
