Your Account & Sign-in Security
Every team member has their own account. The settings here affect only you, not the business settings or other members. Open Profile from your avatar menu. The page has three tabs: Profile, Notifications, and Sign-in & security.
In this guide
- Change your avatar and name
- Set or change your password, and connect Google/LINE sign-in
- Turn on two-factor authentication and sign out devices you don't recognize
- What to decide before deleting your account
Change your avatar and name
Open your profile
Open Profile from your avatar menu. Use the tabs on the left 1 to switch between the three tabs. Your name and email appear at the top.
Change your avatar and name, then select "Save changes"
2 Select the circle to upload an avatar. JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 5 MB are supported, and you can crop the image after uploading. 3 Your Name appears on the calendar and in the team member list. When you're done, select 4 Save changes.
The Sign-in email is shown for reference only and can't be changed here.
Set notification channels
On the Notifications tab, turn Browser push, In-app, Email, and LINE message on or off. Changes apply right away. For details on each channel and LINE notification links, see Notification Settings.
Password and Google/LINE sign-in
Change or set your password
Switch to the Sign-in & security tab. Under "Sign-in methods," select 1 Change password, enter your new password (at least 8 characters) twice, then enter your current password. You stay signed in on this device, and your other devices are signed out.
If you signed up with Google or LINE and don't have a password yet, the button reads Set password, and you don't need a current password. Once it's set, you can also sign in with your email and password.
Connect Google or LINE
Select Connect on the 2 Google or 3 LINE row. After you finish authorizing, you return to this tab and can sign in with that account from then on. To stop using it, select Disconnect.
Keep at least one sign-in method
If you have no password and only one connected account, you can't disconnect that account. Set a password or connect another account first, then disconnect.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Set up one of the methods
"Two-factor authentication (2FA)" offers two methods. We recommend turning on at least one:
- 1 Authenticator app: Select Set up, scan the QR code with an app such as Google Authenticator, and enter the 6-digit code from the app.
- 2 Email verification codes: Select Set up and follow the on-screen steps to enter the code sent to your sign-in email.
When a code is required
Once it's on, you'll enter a code after signing in with your email and password. If both methods are on, you can choose either one. Signing in with Google or LINE doesn't ask for a code, so turn on 2-step verification in your Google or LINE account itself.
Signed-in devices
Review your signed-in devices
"Signed-in devices" lists every device signed in to your account, with its browser, system, IP address, and last activity, plus the location when it can be determined. 1 The device you're using is marked This device and listed first.
Sign out devices you don't recognize
Each other device has a Sign out button on its row. To make every other device sign in again, select 2 Sign out other devices. No password is needed, and you stay signed in on this device.
Delete your account
Decide what happens to businesses you own
If you own a business, choose one option for each business:
- Transfer ownership to a team member: Pick a member in Select new owner. The subscription you pay for ends at the end of the current period, and the new owner needs to subscribe again with their own payment method.
- Close business (disable booking page and cancel subscription): The booking page stops working.
A business where you're the only member is closed automatically when you delete your account. Reason for leaving (optional) can be left blank.
Confirm the deletion
If your account has a password, enter your current password. If you only sign in with Google or LINE, type DELETE. After deletion there's a 30-day grace period: sign in again during that time to restore your account. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

FAQ
Can I change my sign-in email?
Not on your own at the moment. The Sign-in email on your profile is shown for reference only.
I got a new phone or lost my authenticator app. What now?
If both 2FA methods are on, choose Email verification codes when you sign in. Turning off or resetting the authenticator app requires a code from the app, so if you've lost your phone you can't do it yourself — please contact us. We recommend turning on both methods, and turning off the old authenticator before switching phones so you can set it up again.
Do I need my password to sign out other devices?
No. Select Sign out other devices and confirm. This also works for accounts that only sign in with Google or LINE.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Disconnect is grayed out with a lock icon | You have no password and this is your only sign-in method. Set password or connect another account first |
| "Unable to connect" appears when connecting | That Google or LINE account is already connected to another Dolyu account. Disconnect it from that account first |
| Changing the password keeps failing | Check that your current password is correct and the new password is at least 8 characters and matches both times. After several wrong attempts you're temporarily blocked, so try again later |
