Share Your Booking Link
Your booking page URL is fixed and always in this form:
https://your-merchant-slug.dolyu.appOpen or Share It From Your Dashboard
The merchant switcher menu on the left of your dashboard has two related buttons:
- Booking Page: Opens your booking page directly in a new tab.
- Share: Opens a dialog showing your business logo, name, and booking page URL, with a "Copy Link" button.
INFO
The share dialog currently only offers copying the link — it doesn't include a QR code, embed code, or platform-specific share buttons.
Pairing With Your LINE Official Account Menu
If you've set up a rich menu for your LINE Official Account (see "LINE Official Account Integration"), you can point one of its buttons to your booking page URL, so LINE friends can tap it to go straight to booking — this is configured within the rich menu itself, and is a separate feature from the "Share" dialog above.
Other Places to Put Your Booking Link
- Social links: The Website/Facebook/Instagram/LINE/Threads links you fill in under "Settings" → "General" are external links you place on your own platforms — they don't automatically pull in your booking page URL. If you want to drive followers on those platforms to your booking page, you'll need to add the booking page URL yourself, in your bio or in a post, on the corresponding platform.
- Google Maps: The map code set under "Location & Maps" is for customer navigation — it's separate from sharing your booking page.
Common Questions
Can I use a custom domain for my booking page URL (for example, my own domain)? No. Your booking page URL always uses the your-slug.dolyu.app format — connecting your own domain isn't currently supported.
Does the share link expire or need to be regenerated? No. As long as your business account is active, this URL is fixed and works long-term — there's no need to regenerate it.
I want a QR code so customers can scan and book on-site — how do I do that? The share dialog currently only offers copying the link, with no built-in QR code generator. If you need a QR code, you can generate one yourself using any other online tool with the copied URL.
Does this link still work after my subscription or trial ends? Yes. Your public booking page remains viewable and bookable after a subscription expires — what's affected is your dashboard management features (see "Manage Your Subscription"). The customer-facing booking link isn't affected.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause & Fix |
|---|---|
| No logo shown after opening the share dialog | You haven't uploaded a merchant logo under "Settings" → "General" yet — add an image and it will appear in the dialog |
| The Copy Link button doesn't respond | Some browsers require a user interaction on the page before allowing clipboard access — clicking it again usually works; if it keeps failing, you can copy the URL directly from the address bar |
| A customer reports the URL doesn't open | Confirm the slug is spelled correctly (it's case-sensitive, though some browsers may auto-lowercase it), and that your business account is active and hasn't been suspended or deleted |
