Dashboard Overview

Dashboard

The dashboard is what you see after signing in. It shows, in order:

  • Pending items (Admin/Owner only): appointments awaiting confirmation, completed-but-unpaid appointments, and today's appointments
  • Revenue metrics (Admin/Owner only): today's revenue, this month's appointment count (with month-over-month growth and a 7-day trend chart), and this month's revenue (with month-over-month growth and a 7-day trend chart)
  • Upcoming appointments
  • LINE Official Account usage status — before you connect one, a prompt card links to setup; once connected, it shows this month's message usage and a projected month-end usage estimate

Members see a different dashboard: the pending-items section shows only a single "My appointments today" card, with no revenue metrics or the other Admin/Owner-only sections.

All three revenue metrics are calculated in real time — confirming a payment, issuing a refund, or changing an appointment's amount is reflected on the dashboard immediately, with no batch update delay.

Timezone Basis for Stats

All statistics use the timezone set for your business, not the server's UTC time. That means "today," even in the early morning hours, rolls over based on the timezone you set under "Settings" → "General," not UTC. If you've just changed your business timezone, the dashboard numbers will be re-categorized in the background before they show the correct result (see the timezone section in Set Up Your Business).

How growth rates are displayed

Below this month's appointment count and revenue, you'll see a comparison against last month:

  • If last month has data, it shows "up/down N% vs. last month," with an icon (up/down arrow) and color (green for growth, red for decline).
  • If last month has no data at all (for example, your first month in business), it won't show a misleading "100% growth" figure — it shows "First month" instead.

LINE message quota

  • LINE Official Account not connected: A prompt card links to setup. Appointment notifications start sending automatically once connected.
  • Connected: Shows the number of messages used this month, and projects a month-end total based on your current usage rate. If the projection would exceed your plan's quota, a warning appears suggesting you upgrade your plan or adjust your notification settings (for example, turning off some non-essential automated reminders — see Notification Settings).

Operations (Admin/Owner)

The "Operations" page in the sidebar lets you choose a reporting period (last 7/30 days, this month/last month, this quarter, this year, or a custom range), and shows:

  • Revenue change compared to the previous period
  • Top 3 services (ranked by revenue in the selected period)
  • Top 3 staff (ranked by service revenue in the selected period)
  • A 7-day revenue trend chart
  • Other income/expense items (manual bookkeeping entries not tied to appointments — rent, inventory purchases, and other miscellaneous income/expenses; see Financial Reports for details)

Click the top-right corner of any card to jump to the corresponding full report page (Service Profit / Staff Performance / Financial Report) without having to reset your filters.

Common Questions

Why doesn't today's revenue match what I calculated myself? Revenue is calculated in real time based on amounts actually collected (net of refunds), regardless of whether the appointment is currently pending, confirmed, or completed — any payment received counts, and whether the appointment is marked complete doesn't affect this number. Conversely, appointments with no payment received at all aren't counted. Also make sure you're calculating "today" in your business's timezone, not your phone's local time or UTC.

Why does this month's growth rate show "First month" instead of a percentage? When last month had zero revenue or appointments, a growth rate isn't calculated (a zero denominator is meaningless), so the system shows "First month" instead, to avoid a misleading "100% growth" figure.

How are the top services / top 3 staff ranked? By the revenue that service or staff member generated in your selected reporting period — not by the number of appointments handled.

How is the LINE message quota's "month-end estimate" calculated? It takes the messages used so far this month and the number of days elapsed, projects the average daily usage forward to month-end, and is for reference only — actual usage still depends on how many appointments and reminders are actually sent going forward.
