- Add your brand and contact details in Settings
Create an account
Open the sign-up page and pick a method
Go to merchant.dolyu.com/register. Sign up with your Google or LINE account 2, or enter your email 1 and click Continue with email.
Enter your email code (email sign-up only)
If a "Verify you are human" checkbox appears below the button, check it, then click the button again. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email (valid for 10 minutes). It's submitted automatically once all 6 digits are in, and your account is created. If the email doesn't arrive, click Resend code. If you entered the wrong email, click Use a different email. If you sign up with Google or LINE, you go straight to creating your business.
Create your business
Enter your business name and booking URL
Enter your 1 Business name and 2 Booking URL. If you signed up with email, also enter Your name at the top. The booking URL is the address customers use to book: https://your-name.dolyu.app. Use letters and numbers that are easy to remember, and a check next to it shows right away whether it's available.
Click Create booking page
Your booking page is created right away, with one 60-minute service priced at 0 and business hours set to Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. You can change both later in Finish setup or on their own pages.
Send your booking page to customers
On the next screen, you can Open your booking page, Copy link, or share it with Send on LINE or Add to Instagram. On a computer, your booking page QR code appears on the right, and you can download it there. On a phone, tap Download QR code (see Download your booking page QR code). For your first business, this screen also shows the date and time your 14-day trial ends. Click Continue setup to go to your dashboard with Finish setup open.
Tip
You can change your booking URL once in Settings after your business is created, so check it before you submit.
Finish setup
After you create your business, a Finish setup card appears at the bottom of the left menu in your dashboard, showing how many steps are done and what's next. On a phone, it appears at the top of the page. Click the card to open Finish setup, where you complete each step in place. Only Owners and Admins see it.
Pick a step
1 The steps are on the left, with completed ones checked. 2 The current step is on the right. After you finish a step, the next one opens.
Set services and prices
Change the name to the service you offer, choose 30, 60, or 90 minutes or Custom, enter a price, and click Save and continue. To add more services, click Add more services to go to the Services page (see Add Services & Pricing).
Confirm business hours
Check your weekly business hours. If they're right, click Keep these hours. To change them, click Edit hours. Saving on the Business hours page also completes this step.
Share booking link
Share your booking page on LINE, Instagram, or with a QR code. Copying your booking link or downloading the QR code anywhere in your dashboard also completes this step.
Make a test booking
Click Open booking page and book once the way a customer would. This step is checked once your first booking comes in.
When everything is done, the card switches back to your subscription status card. To hide it, click 3 Don’t show again.

The same page also has fields for contact details and social links.
| Field | Details |

Common questions
Can I change my booking URL later?
You can change it once. Go to Settings → General to change it. The old URL redirects to the new one. See Change your booking URL.
Can I sign in with a password if I signed up with Google, LINE, or an email code?
Yes. These sign-up methods don't set a password. Go to Profile → Sign-in & security and set a password. After that, you can sign in with your email and password or with Google or LINE. See Your Account & Sign-in Security.
Will I stay signed in? What should I do on a shared computer?
Yes, for 30 days. When you're done on a shared computer, select Sign out from your avatar menu. This signs out only that device. To view or sign out your other devices, see Your Account & Sign-in Security.
What if I forget my password?
On the sign-in page, enter your email, click Continue with email, and then click Forgot password?. Enter your email and click Send email. Then click the link in the email to set a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure it's the email you signed up with. If you signed up with Google or LINE, click Continue with Google or Continue with LINE instead.
Can I sign in with my email if I don't have a password?
Yes. On the sign-in page, enter your email and click Continue with email. If your account has no password, you'll get a 6-digit code by email. It's valid for 10 minutes. Enter it to sign in. If your account has a password, you can also click Use a code instead on the password screen. Accounts with two-factor authentication turned on can't sign in with a code. Use your password, Google, or LINE.
How many businesses can one account create?
There's a limit. When you reach it, the Create your business page shows the limit and how to contact support. Contact support to have more enabled. Only businesses where you're the Owner count toward the limit. Joining another business as an invited team member doesn't.
Troubleshooting
