Photo Gallery

Go to Settings → Photo management to manage the photo galleries on your booking page, split into two tabs:

TabLimitPurpose
Interior10 photosInterior shots, decor, waiting area, etc. — maps to the "Photos" section on the booking page
Portfolio20 photosPhotos of completed work, service examples — maps to the "Portfolio" section on the booking page

Whether these two galleries appear on the booking page is controlled separately by the "Photos" and "Portfolio" toggles in Booking page layout — the two are controlled independently, so you can show just one of them.

Uploading and editing

  • Only JPEG / PNG / WebP formats are supported — other formats (like HEIC or GIF) can't be uploaded.
  • You can crop and edit a photo directly in the browser during upload, so you don't need to resize it in another tool first.
  • The system automatically downscales oversized original photos proportionally in the browser before upload, so even a high-resolution photo straight from a phone camera doesn't need to be compressed manually first.
  • Photos support drag-to-reorder, and the order is directly reflected on the booking page.
  • New photos are added cumulatively and don't overwrite existing ones. To remove a photo, use the remove action directly on that photo.

INFO

Deleting a photo from either gallery takes effect immediately and can't be undone — confirm you no longer need a photo before removing it.

Common Questions

I already have 10 interior photos — can I upload more? No, once the interior gallery hits its 10-photo limit you need to remove an existing photo before uploading a new one. The portfolio gallery has a separate 20-photo limit — the two are counted independently and don't affect each other.

The photo quality looks worse after uploading — is that normal? Yes, the system automatically downscales oversized originals proportionally before upload to optimize load speed. If you're concerned about quality, make sure the original photo is sharp and well-lit before uploading — downscaling only adjusts overall size and doesn't crop or alter the composition.

Why did my upload fail? The most common causes are an unsupported file format (must be JPEG / PNG / WebP) or a file that's too large. Confirm the format is correct and try again.

Can I add a caption or title to each photo? The upload interface itself doesn't currently offer a per-photo title/caption field. If you need captions, you can use a custom content block in Booking Page Layout & Content to write caption-style text separately.

I reordered photos by dragging but don't see the update on the booking page right away — why? Confirm the reorder was saved successfully (a success message should appear). If a customer's browser already loaded an older version of the page, they may need to refresh to see the latest order.

Troubleshooting

  • File upload keeps failing: Check that the file extension is JPEG / PNG / WebP, and that the file size doesn't exceed the system limit.
  • The photo I want to upload is HEIC (a common iPhone camera format): Convert it to JPEG or PNG on your phone or computer first and upload that — the system doesn't accept raw HEIC files.
  • A gallery doesn't show up on the booking page at all: Check whether the corresponding section's ("Photos" / "Portfolio") visibility toggle is turned on in Booking Page Layout & Content.
