Financial Reports
All of the following pages are Admin/Owner only, and all can be filtered by date range (defaulting to this month). All amount fields are displayed as whole numbers in your business's configured currency, calculated internally from actual amounts received — you won't see confusing decimal places.
Financial Overview
Shows an overall income/expense chart, with a link to the detailed finance record list.

Booking Channel Analysis
Counts confirmed or completed appointments, grouped into 4 channels by how they were actually created:
- Web: Appointments customers completed on their own on your booking page (
your-slug.dolyu.app). - LINE (in-app): Appointments completed through the booking page built into your LINE Official Account.
- LINE Chat: Appointments completed directly through a conversation with the bot in the LINE chat window (without leaving the chat).
- Staff Panel: Appointments you or your staff created manually in the dashboard (for example, phone bookings or walk-in registrations).
This report is only for a quick comparison of channel volume — the data set is small, so it has no CSV export.
Service Profit
- Gross profit = total revenue − total cost.
- Gross margin = gross profit ÷ total revenue.
- Total revenue is recognized based on amounts actually collected, regardless of whether the appointment is currently pending, confirmed, or completed — any payment received (net of refunds) counts; appointments with no payment received are excluded.
- Total cost is based on the cost configured for that service, allocated in proportion to the share of the amount due that was actually collected — if a customer only paid a partial deposit, cost is allocated at the same proportion, so the full service cost is never counted against an appointment that hasn't been fully paid.
Customer Value
- Aggregates visit count, revenue, cost, profit, and average order value by customer; click a name to open that customer's detail page directly.
- Appointments with no linked customer record (for example, appointments created in the dashboard for an unspecified "walk-in" customer) are excluded from this report, so they don't drag down the per-customer average spend figures. If you notice revenue from certain appointments seems "missing" from this report, this is usually why — it's still counted in the overall revenue totals on the Dashboard Overview and in Service Profit, it just isn't attributed to a specific customer.
Staff Performance
- Aggregates service count, revenue, cost, profit, and average revenue per appointment by the staff member who actually performed the service, using the same calculation method as Service Profit (revenue is recognized based on amounts actually collected, not limited to completed status; cost is likewise allocated by the proportion actually collected).
Financial Report
- Lists entries line by line from 4 sources: appointment revenue, appointment cost (auto-generated from completed appointments), other income, and other expenses (miscellaneous income/expenses entered manually in the dashboard, such as rent, inventory purchases, or supplies).
- Filterable by source, so you can view appointment-driven income/expenses only, or manual bookkeeping entries only.
- Supports CSV export, so you can hand it off to a bookkeeper or accountant for further processing.
Common Questions
Is the "cost" shown in Service Profit and Staff Performance something I filled in myself? Yes. Cost comes from the per-service cost field you set in Add Services & Pricing. The report simply allocates it based on the proportion of the amount actually collected — it never auto-estimates or modifies the cost you entered.
Why are some customers missing from the Customer Value report? Only appointments with a linked customer record are included in the per-customer totals. If an appointment was created in the dashboard without a matching customer specified (common for one-off walk-ins or test appointments), it won't appear in this report, but it's still counted in the overall revenue figure on the Dashboard Overview.
Why doesn't the total for Service Profit match the "appointment revenue" figure in the Financial Report? Service Profit is calculated based on amounts actually collected (not limited to completed status); the Financial Report also includes any other income/expense items you entered manually, in addition to appointment income/expenses. The two reports cover different scopes, so their totals aren't expected to match.
Are the amounts in the CSV export tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive? The system doesn't handle tax calculations. Exported amounts are exactly the amounts actually collected/costed as recorded in your service settings and appointments — adjust them yourself as needed for tax filing.
